Secure Payment Options 

Most credit cards are accepted such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

Payments made through Apple Pay are also accepted.

If you choose to place an order, your payment details will be processed securely by PayPal or Stripe, depending on your preferred payment option.

Your payment information is always kept secure. I never receive your credit card information and your customer details always remain private.

Your personal privacy is very much respected and I will not sell, distribute or disclose any of your personal information to any third party.

If you opt to join my mailing list, I will only use your details to contact you about studio updates, latest products or special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the 'unsubscribe button' at the footer of any emails you receive, or by contacting me by using the CONTACT form listed at the bottom of this page, to make the unsubscribe for you.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most items are ready for dispatch immediately. I will do my best to send your parcel out to you in the best possible time :-)

In the case of items available for pre-order, please see the relevant product listing for all the relevant order and delivery information.

Please contact me if you require an item within a specific time frame, and I will gladly try to make that happen.

Once your parcel reaches the Post Office, please allow:

UK:  2-3 business days (not allowing for bank holidays)

Europe: 3-5 business days

USA: 5-7 business days

Australia: 5-7 business days

I will do my best to meet these dispatch dates but cannot guarantee them.


Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: Drop offs at the Post Office happen twice weekly on a Tuesday and Friday (or a Wednesday if following a bank holiday). Please bear this in mind when making your order. For example, if you make an order on a Saturday, your parcel won't leave the studio until the following Tuesday. If you order on a Wednesday, your parcel won't be posted out until the Friday.

I will happily post parcels anywhere in the world. Shipping is calculated according to destination and is done so at checkout. Should you have any queries or issues regarding shipping times or shipping costs, please contact me and I will gladly help you. 

For UK customers: In order to keep costs as low as possible, your items will be posted out to you 2nd Class with Royal Mail.

For Overseas Customers: Your parcels will be sent using Royal Mail International Standard. Please note this is not a fully tracked or insured service. 

Please also note I am not responsible for any taxes or import duties that maybe due upon the arrival of parcels at their destination. I am also not responsible for any delays that occur due to customs or for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Thank you.

 
Returns & Exchanges

If after opening your order you are dissatisfied with your products, please contact me and I will happily offer you an exchange. Unfortunatley I cannot offer a refunds.

Please contact me within 14 days explaining the nature of your complaint, and ensure your item/s are returned to me in their original packaging and undamaged within 30 days. Return postage is payable by the customer.

Disclaimer

Please note, every effort has been made to make the details of product descriptions and the images of those products as accurate as possible. Every monitor displays colours slightly differently so please be aware there maybe some slight variations.

My products are not mass produced but made in small quantities. Occasionally, slight variations in colour also may occur due to alterations in the printing process.
